On the Rocks

Served over ice, usually in a lowball glass.

'On the rocks' can mean a spirit alone over ice, or a cocktail poured over ice rather than served up. In serious bars the ice is a single large-format cube, chosen because a big cube melts slower and dilutes less than several small ones.
