Neat

A spirit served at room temperature, in a glass, with no ice or mixer.

Neat is how a whiskey or aged agave is tasted at full expression: no dilution, no chill. The pour is typically 1.5–2 oz in a Glencairn or copita. If you want the same spirit cold but undiluted, ask for it 'up.'
