Mash bill
The recipe of grains used to make a whiskey.
American whiskey categories are defined by grain proportions: bourbon must be at least 51% corn; rye at least 51% rye; wheat whiskey at least 51% wheat. The rest is typically a mix of the other two plus malted barley.
