A Martini modifier meaning olive brine has been added to the spec.

A dirty Martini adds 1/4 to 1/2 oz of olive brine to the stir. The brine flattens the vermouth's edge and adds salt, umami, and cloudiness. 'Filthy' pushes past 1/2 oz; 'a whisper of dirty' means a bar spoon.
